Access My Fund

Appleton Education Foundation donors are able to use the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region’s Donor Services Online feature to access information about their charitable funds and personal giving history.

Donor Services Online is a password-protected area of the Community Foundation’s website. Visitors will be prompted to create a user name and password in order to become a registered user. Click here to be automatically directed to the Donor Services Online login page.
